Frequently asked questions
Does this edit my actual Excel data?
Yes. The browser reads the uploaded workbook and creates a working data model. Edits are applied to that model and the export creates a new Excel workbook.
Are Arabic names and text supported?
Yes. Text normalization is Unicode-aware and deliberately avoids ASCII-only transformations that can damage Arabic names, addresses or mixed Arabic/English data.
Will every small edit create a history file?
No. History is reserved for meaningful saved versions and exports. Ordinary cell editing does not create a new file copy.
Can I delete only certain types of information?
Yes. Remove Data can target selected columns and remove blanks, text, numbers, email-like values or date-like values without deleting the entire column.
Can I add columns by name?
Yes. New columns are entered by their names rather than ambiguous column numbers.
Can I create tables and analysis from the workbook?
Yes. The Insert area provides structured table formatting, links, images and analysis views. Advanced native Excel objects can vary by browser library support, so the tool never falsely claims an unsupported object was embedded.
What does Workbook Health measure?
Health is calculated from measurable properties of the currently parsed workbook: rows, columns, blanks, duplicate records, invalid email patterns, numeric text, formula errors and other deterministic checks.
Where is history stored?
Saved history remains in this browser on this device. It is not a cloud collaboration service.
